eco productswithout synthetic colors

Colorants such as aniline, tar, petroleum derivatives and some aromatic amines (such as benzidine and betanaphthylamine) are even carcinogenic.

In many industrialized countries - particularly in Italy and Portugal - epidemiological investigations confirm an increase in atopic contact dermatitis (ACD) caused by clothing treated with conventional dyeing processes. It is enough to think that in Italy dermatitis provoked by clothing represents about 10% of non-professional ACD and shows a worrying increasing trend.

Environmental impact

As we have said, synthetic and chemical colorants have a strong environmental impact: being derivatives of petroleum and heavy metals they have a high aquatic toxicity and are not biodegradable. That is the reason why we at Nagua don't use chemical colorants.
